Payment Methods

We accept cash, Venmo and cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. No checks accepted. 

Cancellations + Deposits

If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service.

Deposits may also be required prior to booking a service longer than 3 hours.

 “No Shows” for booked consultations will not be allowed to book any future services at Ellav8te. Upon stylists’ discretion a deposit of 50% of estimated service will be needed to book future appointments.

Exchanges

Products: Exchanges on products purchased at our salon are available within 14 days of original purchase. 

Salon Services: If you are not completely satisfied with your service, adjustments can be made within the first seven days. All sales final.
